With nearly 15 years of experience as a higher education administrator, career development counselor, and DEI practitioner and advocate, Dr. Lauren Jackson has established a reputable career as a passionate, energetic, and transformative leader. In her work throughout higher education and in community organizations, Dr. Jackson has worked tirelessly as a change agent dedicated to dismantling societal and structural barriers that hinder the growth and empowerment of Black women, marginalized groups, and minority students. She has gained recognition internationally for her impactful work in leading organizations and academic institutions through practical steps and solutions to support equitable change within their systems. Dr. Jackson is a member of several professional organizations; most recently becoming a member of ForbesBLK, a global community of Black entrepreneurs, professionals, leaders, and innovators that are driving systematic changes in business, culture, and society.
